Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Replaces the native tag datalist on /releases/new with a styled combobox (input stays source of truth + dropdown trigger, recent-first popover, client-side filter via filterTagNames on the existing tags:{full} cache entry — no new fetches, arrows/Enter/Esc + outside-click close, combobox roles, empty state truthful post-#253). No new deps. Tests: node --test 518/518 green (smoke 3/3 assertions green against this build; smoke file-level hang is pre-existing on main), vite+esbuild green. Interactive browser check (open/filter/select/keyboard/both themes) is open: shared obscura daemon blocks loopback, no private daemon per workspace rules. Docs: 12_web_ui.md Decisions.
