Closes #285.

Repo header star/watch toggles render icon + count only (star icon + N, eye icon + N) — the words are gone. State communication unchanged: existing primary active styling, tooltips (title), aria-pressed, plus new aria-label carrying the verb (Star/Unstar this repo, Watch/Unwatch this repo) since the visible verb is gone. Optimistic flip + error reconcile untouched; counts stay live.

Tests: new web/test/unit/repo-social-toggles.test.js (3 tests, source-pinned JSX) — full node --test web/test/unit/*.test.js green (581/581). esbuild JSX transform clean. No new deps. No doc change: no doc pins the button words (law 12 checked).

Browser check open: shared CDP daemon reachable but loopback navigation blocked per task constraints, so no live-browser pass — change is text-only inside unchanged buttons/classes (dark + light inherit existing btn/primary styles), flagged for reviewer.

Fix #285 : icon-only star/watch header buttons 216956f980

Star/watch toggles render icon + count only (no words). Accessible
names preserved via aria-label + title; aria-pressed and the primary
active treatment unchanged. New repo-social-toggles.test.js pins the
markup. No doc change: no doc pins the button words.
