Docs-only: adds a "v1 release requirements" checklist (11 items) after "What's in the box" plus a "Backlog" section (8 items). Boxes verified against origin/main at 051c206 before committing (per-issue instruction; when in doubt left unchecked):

Checked (verified end-to-end surface on main):

  • git storage: internal/store + internal/wal + internal/git, smart HTTP v0/v2, LFS, bundle-uri; real-git e2e suite.
  • oidc: internal/server/auth.go authOIDC (:172) + auth_oidc_test.go; README auth section already documents it.

Unchecked (verified why):

  • issues/pulls/tags/releases: packages + UI pages + evidence entries (E3/E4/E8, E10 chain) exist, but not judged v1-100% (e.g. no dedicated tags surface beyond the commit-view action; releases UI just landed in #270) — left unchecked per the issue's when-in-doubt rule.
  • webhooks: internal/notify bridge + delivery exist (E7); management-UI completeness unverified — unchecked.
  • cli: walhub has repo/wal/bundle/import/mirror/config subcommands but zero collab subcommands (no issues/pulls/releases) — unchecked.
  • fork: ForkExecutor nil, manifest-sharing deferred (docs/features/09_rollout.md honest boundary) — unchecked.
  • packages: no registry surface anywhere — unchecked.
  • actions: P9 out of scope (docs/features/README.md); only #288 (research plan, open) — unchecked, item links #288.

Backlog is a plain 8-item list per the issue (no checkboxes, no invented issue links — none of the 8 have open issues).

Qualifications: full make-cover gate NOT run (docs-only; no code touched); node --test unaffected. No markdown renderer installed so render check was structural only (11 items / 8 items, all relative links resolve to dirs on the branch, issue URL curl-200s).

Resolves the BLOCKING review finding (option 1): TestWebhookDeliveryEndToEnd
+ TestWebhookPing pass in internal/notify against an httptest sink that
verifies keeper headers, delivery key, and HMAC-SHA256 per POST
(webhooks_test.go newSink). Full notify package green.

Surface: API CRUD+ping+deliveries (notify/http.go), DeliverRepo worker via
StartWebhooks drain loop (notify/tasks.go), Settings Webhooks tab
(Settings.jsx WebhooksTab), SDK repo.webhooks.
