Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Fixes #380. Issues list rows show the milestone title right-aligned (comments -> milestone -> time) with a message-bubble indicator replacing the word 'comments'. No backend change (Card.milestone already on the wire); titles resolve via milestoneDisplay over the shared milestones:{full} set (pending -> placeholder, unknown -> bare id). Headless cover web/test/unit/issues-row-milestone.test.js; node --test 756 pass / 0 fail (3 smoke skips, no server); vite+esbuild green. Decision appended to docs/go/12_web_ui.md. Browser proof open (shared-daemon loopback guard).
