Restyle only (no behavior change, no new deps; D-WEB-8 in DEVIATIONS.md): navbar IdentityMenu trigger is a bare h-8 w-8 circle (light ring, hover emphasis, caret + aria kept, initials fallback same shape) moved far-right in the App.jsx cluster; /:owner shows the user avatar at h-24 w-24 right-aligned above the New-repository row. Tests: identity-nav + header/cluster neighbors 52/52 green; full node suite 671/683 with 12 pre-existing failures verified identical on pristine origin/main; vite + esbuild build clean.

Fix #390 : avatar restyle — bare-circle navbar trigger far-right + large profile avatar 6bda2564e2

Navbar IdentityMenu trigger drops the btn box for a standalone h-8 w-8
circle (light ring-1 zinc, hover ring-2 emerald, caret + aria kept;
initials chip when avatarless); control moves far-right in the App.jsx
cluster. /:owner renders the user avatar at h-24 w-24 right-aligned above
the New-repository row. Restyle only; popover behavior untouched; no new
deps. Decision D-WEB-8 in DEVIATIONS.md.
