Margin-free rows + divide-y gated on graph-OFF so the commit-graph lane gutter renders as one unbroken vertical while graph-on (inset edge on .commit-main for separation, mobile fallback untouched). Headless: commit-graph-gutter-512.test.js (5 new); full node --test 1150/1149/1 (1 pre-existing live-server smoke failure); vite+esbuild green. No backend change, no new deps; decision in docs/go/12_web_ui.md.

Fix #512 : graph gutter continuity (docs/go/12_web_ui.md decision) 37c68e8ef6

Commits list dropped divide-y while the graph is on (dividers gated on
!graphOn, graph OFF unchanged); rows margin-free with padding-only
separation; graph-on separation is an inset edge on .commit-main, never
the rail column; empty placeholder follows the same standard; mobile
fallback untouched. Headless cover: commit-graph-gutter-512.test.js.
