Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
What's observed
Screenshot: between the repo tab bar (Code … Settings) and the Settings body there is a blank band — the left sidebar (Settings heading + SETTINGS nav) and the content card start a full row lower than they should, like a document header with no text. The sidebar menu should just be there, with the content starting at the top beside it.
What's requested
Remove the phantom top whitespace so the sidebar nav and the content column start at the top, aligned with each other.
Acceptance criteria
Fixed by #632 (merged): page h2 is now sr-only — screen readers keep the outline, sighted layout starts directly with the nav + content row. No other layout change. Verified: new test 3/3 (fails pre-fix), 1625 unit green (smoke excluded, pre-existing), vite/esbuild green, sr-only confirmed in shipped CSS, independent review APPROVE.
