Fix #76: docs match shipped SolidJS frontend

DOCS-ONLY fix for #76. Normative docs still mandated the zero-dependency vanilla-ESM SPA, contradicting web/package.json (solid-js + @solidjs/router runtime, vite + vite-plugin-solid + @tailwindcss/vite build, Tailwind v4, dark by default). Per law 12 and the reporter direction, the docs now describe the shipped D-WEB-6 stack — zero product files changed (13 docs files only). Each touched doc carries a Decisions entry pointing at DEVIATIONS.md D-WEB-6. Verification: full docs/ grep for vanilla/zero-dep/no-framework/unbuilt/no-build mandates returns only SUPERSEDED/Historical context lines plus the SDK's true dependency-free statement. Do NOT merge — awaiting review.

Docs (#76 ): frontend passages match shipped SolidJS SPA (D-WEB-6) a1c7c58a85

Normative docs still mandated the zero-dependency vanilla-ESM SPA,
contradicting web/package.json (solid-js + @solidjs/router runtime,
vite + vite-plugin-solid + @tailwindcss/vite build). Per law 12, fix
the docs to match the codebase — no code changes.

Rewrites: go/README law 1 + doc table, 01_overview budget/tree/D2,
14_extensibility tree, 12_web_ui SPA body/serving/layout/testing,
06_server_http D2, 15_testing JS tier, 16_packaging build stage,
features 01/02/03/05/07/08 page idioms. Each touched doc carries a
Decisions entry pointing at DEVIATIONS.md D-WEB-6.
