Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Removes the hand-holding footer prose on the /:owner page ('members, teams, invitations — 404 unless this owner is an org'), in the spirit of #51. Both affordances — the 'import into ' link and the 'organization settings' link — are unchanged, so no feature is left without a discoverable path. No doc pins the footer text, so no doc change (law 12). Verified: node --test web/test/unit/*.test.js 257/257 green; real Chromium drive of /demo (canonical host) in dark and light modes, footer reads 'import into demo · organization settings', zero console errors.
