Removes the outdated screenshot block (three linked images + caption) from the root README until v1 and renames README.MD back to README.md (partial reversal of #190/#193 for this file — DESIGN.md stays; the all-uppercase rule yields to universal README.md convention, exception recorded in AGENTS.md Naming).

Verification: case-sensitive greps clean both ways (zero README.MD live refs; remaining README.md hits are the #193 deliberate stays + corrected link/pattern); node --test 423/423 green (incl. doctabs case-insensitive pins); vite+esbuild build green; headless-Chrome CDP drive of the rendered README (seeded repo, Tree doc tab) — zero images, no caption remnant, no gap, zero console errors, zero failed requests, dark + light screenshots clean.

the root README until v1; reflow the walgit-compat paragraph that pointed
at the screenshots.

git mv README.MD back to README.md (partial reversal of #190/#193 for this
file only — DESIGN.md stays): the all-uppercase rule yields to the universal
README.md convention. Live references move back in the same change (AGENTS.md
law 12): .dockerignore pattern, AGENTS.md root link + prose, root-README
prose cites in docs/go/01_overview, 11_config_cli, 12_web_ui, 16_packaging,
the HowItWorks.jsx trace comment, and the Landing.jsx screenshot-precedent
comment (stale now the shots are gone). Deliberate stays per #193: docs-
internal README.md links, MASTER_RUST_SPEC history, fixtures, case-
insensitive doc-tab pins, demo snippets.

AGENTS.md Naming now records the rule and the exception: root markdown is
all-uppercase except README.md.
