Per-line table code view with GitHub-style click/drag/shift gutter selection, shareable #L12/#L12-L20 URLs, per-line tokenization, both themes, keyboard accessible. Headless cover: web/test/unit/blob-lines.test.js (10 tests). Full node suite 481/481 green; vite build verified with the feature in the bundle. Browser interaction pass (click/drag/share/load, both themes, zero console errors) is OPEN: shared-daemon guard blocks target attach/loopback — no private daemon per workspace rules. No new deps. Docs: 12_web_ui.md §2.7 + decisions entry in the same change.
