Fixes #420. Gates the owner-profile header rendered-bio Show on !getEditing() (web/src/pages/Repos.jsx) so the rendered bio hides while ProfileForm is open; the form's inline preview stays the only rendered surface. onDone restores via the existing setEditing(false) path. Org read-only branch, org landing header, and all API/cache/ETag behavior untouched. No new deps, no backend change. Tests: new web/test/unit/profile-bio-editing.test.js (6 tests); updated the pinned gate in profile-header-403.test.js. Touched-area suites green (51/51); vite build passes. Full node suite: 755 pass, 14 pre-existing file-level failures also present on clean origin/main (verified via stash), unrelated to this change. No doc amendment needed (law 12): no wire/bucket/API or dependency-stack impact.
