Fixes #445: the repo-header breadcrumb owner segment, the /explore section heading, and the /explore "+N more" link now target /:owner/repositories instead of the profile.\n\nExplicitly kept + noted (issue's implementer's-call rows, pinned by test): forked-from stays /{fork_parent} (owner/repo pointer = parent repo page, GitHub behavior); Organizations-tab org links + Team back link stay on the org profile; Profile tab stays on /:owner. OwnerTabs derivation already maps /:owner/repositories to the Repositories tab with aria-current — verified by pin.\n\nTests: new web/test/unit/owner-links-445.test.js (6 tests); related owner/fork files 82/82 green; full node suite 830 total / 815 pass / 15 fail, identical 15 failures on pristine origin/main (824/809/15, pre-existing); vite build + esbuild green. No server changes, no new routes, no new deps. Law-12 entry appended to docs/go/12_web_ui.md. Browser proof open (shared-daemon loopback guard).
