Removes the #505 reporting-API pointer from the repo header meta line (web/src/pages/Repo.jsx) — meta line is branches · tags only, including on check-less repos. Discoverability for check-less repos lives in Settings → CI tokens; the Checks toolbar link, #505 tab hide/reappear behavior, and wire/cache are untouched. Headless: node --test 1223 total / 1222 pass / 1 pre-existing live-server smoke fail (verified head-to-head on pristine main); vite + esbuild green. Law-12: 12_web_ui.md Decisions entry + 07_api.md stale-pointer sentence updated. No backend change, no new deps. Browser proof open (shared-daemon loopback guard — no private daemon per workspace rules). Fixes #527.

Removes the #505 <Show> block (+ comment) from the repo-meta div in
web/src/pages/Repo.jsx; meta line is branches · tags again. Checks
toolbar link, tab gate, and Settings CI-tokens path unchanged.
Docs: 12_web_ui.md Decisions + 07_api.md stale-pointer sentence.
