Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Per-line tap (touch) + click/hover (mouse) comment affordance on diff rows, both Files tab (DiffTable lineTap) and conversation inline diffs (DiffFile +). Taps stage a single-line draft through the existing #546 anchor model (lib/review-anchor.js reused, side/chunk clamping inherent); drag still selects ranges; #502 gate honored; no touch handlers (tap arrives as click, code text stays handler-free); no backend change, no new deps. Headless: new tap-comment-555.test.js (13 tests); full node --test 1302 total / 1301 pass / 1 fail (pre-existing live-server smoke, same as baseline 1289/1288/1); vite build + esbuild green with the coarse-pointer rule in the bundle. Law-12 decision in docs/go/12_web_ui.md + guideline §8 entry in the same change. Browser proof open (reasoned at desktop + ~390px; shared-daemon loopback guard, no private daemon per workspace rules). Fixes #555.
